About Happiness Animal Rescue Alliance

Our organization is an alliance dedicated to helping animals and educating the public on adopting instead of shopping for a pet. 

There are so many people that contributes to the rescue of each animal. We are only able to accomplish our mission with the kind help of rescuers, foster families, donors, transporters, photographers, other volunteers and our adopters. Also, there are the loving animals that come into our lives who teach us and support us to continue helping others.
