My Story

Chula was found as a puppy wandering on the street with her brother. As their mom was dead from being poisoned they are left alone. The volunteer learned about this and had them pulled from the street. Chula and her brother become choppy and happy with other dogs under the volunteer’s care. While staying at the temporary doggy group home on the mountainside, Chula enjoys playing with other dogs and gets along with them very well. Though she might be shy at first, she is very food motivated that you just need to be patient with her at the beginning.

My Personality

Chula is an absolute foodie! She is not picky at all; she is always the 1st one that finishes her food and lining up beside other dogs see if there is anything left. She loves all kinds of food including fruits and veggies. Though she is shy with people initially, she would come close for the food/ treats carefully. It might take some time for her to trust but she is extremely sweet, loyal, and affectionate once she does! She would just give all her love to the person who is mainly taking care of her. She is affectionate but also independent. When foster mom is working at home, she will go find her spot playing toys or sleeping. Chula loves giving kisses to her foster siblings even when some might not like it (like her senior foster sister).

Since Chula is still a puppy, the perfect adopter must understand what it takes to raise a puppy and will continue her training to become a confident upstanding canine citizen!
