“Maru was found in a bush off the side of the road nursing her 4 puppies huddled in a dirty box. Maru was only a young pup herself at the time of rescue but she did all she could to make sure her puppies were safe. Thankfully the rescuer that spotted them was able to get them all off the streets and into foster care. When the rescuer found Maru has only one eye, but one eye with no problem, she walks, acts and runs not being affected by her one eye at all. Maru is an extremely sweet girl and cuddled with all age of people who would love nothing more than to find a home that would show her what it means to be in a family. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Maru is patiently waiting for a home to call her own!”
