PONY (ADOPTION PENDING)
greyhound + terrier FMD mix | male | 7 months old | 35 lbs
My Story
Pony had a tough start in life. He was found on a busy street, with a ragged collar on his skinny neck; he looked hungry and frail. It appeared that he was abandoned recently. A nice lady kept offering food to Pony, but she was hesitated to take Pony home since already too many dogs kept in her house, so she puts Pony in payment of foster home.
Under the loving care at his foster home, Pony’s weight was brought back to normal. Pony has passed all the physicals, he’s ready for the right forever home of him. He’s so easy-going and has adapted to new environment at foster home smoothly. Please watch Pony’s video to learn how much fun this sweet dog can share with you as long as he’s given a second chance!
My Personality
Pony is a sweet and loving young pup! He’s little bit shy but will warm up after 15 minutes, then became comfortable around strangers and new environment. Pony had a tough start in life; he used to be skittish and reserved when we first met him. It took us a while to gradually bond with him, and then guided him to interact with humans, other dogs and even cats. Finally, he came out of his shell thru the lead of leash and a sweet and outgoing puppy that befriended him; Pony quickly learned to appreciate the good feelings of cuddling and showing affection with humans.
Now Pony walks on busy streets with confidence; he no longer has problem interacting with strangers. He enjoys the companion of dogs in his foster home a lot. His favorite pastime is hanging out with dogs in the park and his daily walks.
