Cafe is in the center of the terminal, between Gate A and G.
UPDATE: Cafe no longer exists, in its place is a large Starbucks sign. Please meet in that general area. We recommend checking the monitor above the Gates to confirm the designated exit for the flight and keeping an eye on the live feed of the corresponding corridor. It’ll be hard to miss a cart with several dog crates coming!
You will have the volunteer’s phone number in the pick up email.

Airport cart, no need to pay to rent as you can grab abandoned ones in the parking lot or by the entrances

We would highly recommend keeping the pups in their crates until you get home and can let them out in an enclosed space like your home or yard! You can keep a leash on them and let it drag as they roam in an enclosed space (indoors or outdoors) if you feel they may not recall to you easily.
